Aaron Feliciano serves as the Head of Human Resources at Universal Access and Systems Solutions Inc. since May 2023, overseeing the HR functions for the contact center business across Pampanga and Pasig sites. Prior to this role, Aaron was a Human Resources Manager at TaskUs from May 2018 to May 2023, managing HR operations for over 4,000 employees across various sites. Previous experience includes positions at Accenture, where Aaron led HR projects in both the UK and South Africa, as well as roles in labor relations, training communications, and employee relations at L&T International Group Philippines Inc., Superl Philippines, Inc., and other organizations. Aaron holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Holy Angel University and a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of the Philippines Los Baños.
