Marcel Darabana

Marcel Darabana is an experienced die design engineer with a focus on extrusion profiles for the aviation industry at Universal Alloy Corporation Europe since July 2009. Prior to this role, Marcel held positions as Design Office Manager at COZMIRCOM S.A. and WEKOTATECH SRL, where responsibilities included designing equipment for the mining industry and auto accessories, respectively. Earlier career experience includes a long tenure at APSA s.a. as a design engineer and work at UMT across various roles involving maintenance and design of tools and devices for welding constructions. Marcel holds a University degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Mechanical Faculty in Timisoara, Romania, earned from 1983 to 1989.
