Director of HR at Universal Atlantic Systems

Michelle May is the Director of Human Resources for UAS, a national provider of integrated security services, which protects more than $15 Billion in commercial and residential assets. Since its founding in 1972, UAS has provided various services to its clients including comprehensive security analyses as well as specific offerings including burglar and fire alarm protection and closed circuit TV (CCTV) monitoring.

Michelle provides strategic Human Resources leadership to her team which includes the following functional areas: Talent Management, Benefits Administration, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Payroll Administration, and Quality Communications.

Michelle has over 15 years of progressive human resources experience in the following areas: Research and Development, Financial, Global Talent Management and the Security Industry. Prior to joining UAS, Michelle was the Human Resources Manager at Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union for over 7 years.

Michelle holds a B. A. in Psychology from West Virginia University and SHRM-CP from SHRM. Michelle and her family reside in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
