Ben Boland

Ben Boland PE is an accomplished civil engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and estimation. Currently serving as President at Universal Civil Construction since February 2021, Ben previously held key roles at Morgan Corp. from October 2015 to February 2021, where responsibilities included project management, estimating, and providing geotechnical and quality control engineering support. Prior experience includes managing diverse projects at S&ME from February 2008 to September 2015 and gaining foundational knowledge through an internship at Sloan Construction Company from May 2006 to January 2008. Ben earned a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of South Carolina between 2003 and 2007.
