Arthur Mbendera Mba

Arthur Mbendera, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Developer at Universal Leaf Tobacco Company, a position held since August 2020. Prior to this role, Arthur worked as a Senior Software Developer at Zimbabwe Leaf Tobacco from April 2019 to August 2020 and as an Analyst Programmer at Zimbabwe Leaf Tobacco (Pvt) Ltd from February 2013 to March 2019. Arthur's career in software development began as a Junior Software Developer at Insurefin (Pvt) Ltd from September 2009 to October 2011 and subsequently as a Systems Developer at Geesoft Systems from October 2011 to January 2013. Academically, Arthur holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Leadership and Management from the National University of Science and Technology, completed in November 2021, and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Computer Science from the same institution, earned in 2011.
