Paul Amrein

Paul Amrein has a strong background in logistics and operations management. Paul started their career in 1995 as an Operations Manager at MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company. Paul then worked as an Account Manager at BDP International from 1997 to 1998. From 1998 to 2005, they served as a Sales and Operations Manager at ERMEWA Group. Following that, they held the position of Managing Director at DB Schenker from 2005 to 2008. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Operations Logistics at Universal Leaf Tobacco Company, where they lead a team of five staff members and oversees various logistics functions, including transportation, warehousing procurement, risk management, and data analysis. Paul is also responsible for implementing KPIs and improving supply chain planning and optimization through ERP functionalities.

Paul Amrein obtained a Certificate of Mastery in Self-Leadership for Leaders from HCB Solutions in 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Sciences politiques et gouvernement at the University of Lausanne from 1991 to 1994.
