Joanne Yue

Joanne Yue has a strong work experience in various roles and companies. Joanne started their career in 1992 as an Assistant to the Managing Director at Apelco before moving on to become a Senior Sales Administrator at SANDISK HONG KONG LIMITED in 2001. At SanDisk, they worked as a Sales Operations Manager where they supervised a team, managed customer issues, and oversaw order flow for retail and OEM business segments. In 2017, they joined Juniper Networks as a Customer Service Specialist before transitioning to Universal Electronics, Inc. as a Senior Account Manager later that year. Joanne then worked as a Customer Program Manager at Western Digital from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Account Manager at Universal Electronics, Inc. since October 2019.

Joanne Yue completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from The Open University of Hong Kong. Joanne attended the university from 2004 to 2010. In 2008, they also briefly studied Operations Management and Supervision at Hong Kong Baptist University. Additionally, in 2013 and 2014, Joanne Yue pursued a course in Tourism and Travel Services Management at the Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong.
