Justin Baxter

Justin Baxter, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Justin currently holds the position of Southeast Regional Vice President of Business Operations & People Planning at UES. Prior to this, they held roles at companies such as Dan Brown and Associates, PC, where they served as Vice President of Business and HR, and later as a Business Manager. Justin also worked as the Head Swim Coach at Bearden High School, where they were responsible for all aspects of the swim team's operations. Additionally, Justin has experience as an Ambassador at the Knoxville Chamber and as an Account Executive at The Insurance Group LLC. In the past, they served as the Emerald Youth Sports Swim School Manager & Coach at the Emerald Youth Foundation. Justin's earlier experience includes roles as a Commercial and Personal Lines Producer at Shafer Insurance Agency and as a Media Consultant at Knoxville News Sentinel.

Justin Baxter, MBA, received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Leadership from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 2006. Justin completed their high school education at Hoover High School from 1999 to 2002.
