Seth Kleinman

Seth Kleinman has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Seth'smost recent role was as Vice President, Senior Litigation Counsel at Universal Fire & Casualty Insurance Company. In this position, they provided legal counsel to the claims team and managed coverage and bad faith litigation. Prior to that, Seth served as Vice President of Product Development & Government Relations at Century Insurance Group, where they were responsible for drafting policy forms and endorsements and coordinating with various departments. Seth also had experience as Vice President of Excess Underwriting at Century Insurance Group, overseeing the Excess/Umbrella Division. Seth's earlier work experience includes roles as Litigation Counsel at AmeriTrust Group, Inc., Claims Attorney at Meadowbrook Insurance Group, Inc., and Of Counsel at David A. Goldstein Co. L.P.A. Seth began their career as an Associate Attorney at David A. Goldstein Co., L.P.A. and Frost & Maddox Co., L.P.A. Seth also founded their own company, Spot Group Ltd., before transitioning into the insurance industry.

Seth Kleinman obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law from 1997 to 2000. Before that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in English, Philosophy, & Mathematics from The Ohio State University between 1991 and 1997. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Seth attended Columbus Academy for high school from 1987 to 1991.
