Olena Kochurska

Olena Kochurska has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of HR at Universal Fish Company since May 2018, where all HR functions are managed. Additionally, Olena has been an HR consultant at HR Store since June 2015, leading various projects such as the HR audit and development of personnel training systems for clients like "Дон Маре" and "Стан Комплект." Previously, Olena held the position of HR Director at Universal Fish Company from June 2010 to July 2014, focusing on personnel department management and strategic planning. Educational qualifications include a transformational coaching degree from the Academy of Coaching Mastery WPG (2018-2019) and degrees in practical psychology from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School (2007-2008) and applied mathematics from Zaporozhye State University (1988-1995).
