Jim Clark

Jim Clark is the SVP Finance of the Acute Care Division at Universal Health Services. Jim has over 20 years of experience in finance, including stints as a Vice President at both BD and moksha8 Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Jim has also served as a Finance Director at Pfizer and as a Staff Auditor at Bowman & Company LLP. Jim has a proven track record in strategic decision support, financial planning and analysis, commercial operations, and manufacturing. Jim is a key advisor to division presidents and provides business counsel as a functional lead on global leadership teams. Jim has also participated in capital raising efforts, raising over $100M for their previous employer.

Jim Clark has an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from NYU Stern School of Business, and a BS in Accounting from Penn State University. Jim is also a Certified Public Accountant.
