Farhan Qadir, P.Eng, MBA has extensive work experience in engineering and project management. In 2021, they were appointed Project Engineering Director at Universal Matter Inc. Prior to this, they were Co-Founder at EmergentArk from 2019-2021. From 2018-2017, they held the role of Director of Innovation at ROCKWOOL North America, where they led the Technical Innovations department, managed regulatory compliance, and was project manager for a large product development project and a complex packaging robotics automation project. From 2017-2008, Farhan was Technical Services Manager at ROCKWOOL Technical Insulation and Business Manager/Project Manager/Discipline Lead at Hatch. In 2007, they worked as an Engineering Analyst - Supply Chain Major Projects at Canadian Tire Corporation, where they generated internal CAD drawings, performed gap analysis on vendor drawings and specifications, and provided engineering support to on-site Professional Engineers.

Farhan Qadir, P.Eng, MBA obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from McMaster University between 2016 and 2019, with a focus in Finance and General. Farhan also obtained a B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering from McMaster University between 2002 and 2008. Additionally, Farhan obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2016.
