Dwaine Streater

Dwaine Streater is an experienced executive in real estate and facilities management, currently serving as Sr. Vice President of Real Estate & Facilities at Universal Music Group since July 2025. Previously, Dwaine held the position of Vice President of Global Real Estate, Facilities, Security, & Workplace Services at Yahoo, where responsibilities included overseeing real estate strategy and workplace operations globally. Dwaine's extensive background also includes leadership roles at the National Basketball Association, Warner Music Group, United Talent Agency, and Paramount Pictures, among others, focusing on real estate, facility operations, and corporate services. Dwaine began career development with GE Capital and GE Energy, refining skills in operations management and customer service. Dwaine holds a degree from Marquette University, completed between 1992 and 1997.
