Natina Nimene

Nimene will develop Def Jam’s artist-related strategies, as well as continuing to establish strong relationships between artists, management, and partners.

Nimene has served as VP, urban promotion, since 2016, after two years as national director. She joined Def Jam as Northeast director in 2012, following seven years at Virgin Records as Mid-Atlantic promotion manager.

Nimene has worked closely with acts including Kanye West, 2 Chainz, Logic and Big Sean.
