Yukiko Mitomi

Yukiko Mitomi serves as Vice President of Technology Strategy & Asset Management at Universal Music Group since June 2014, where responsibilities include leading global technology strategy, optimizing technology resources, and vendor management. Previously, Yukiko held roles as Vice President of Corporate IT, overseeing SAP platforms and managing a €20M budget, and as Executive General Manager of IT at Universal Music Japan, supporting over 600 users. Prior experience includes positions at EMI Music as Transformation Director, General Manager of Global Technology Service Delivery for Japan, and SAP Business Analyst. Yukiko's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Cambridge and ongoing PhD studies at Keio University, along with studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Ohara College of Business.
