Joanna Pepin, CPC, CPMA, BSBM, has extensive experience in the medical billing and credentialing field, currently serving as the Contracting and Credentialing Coordinator at Universal Pain Management since November 2007. Prior to this role, Joanna held the position of Billing Supervisor at Vigilent Physician Services where responsibilities included ICD10/CPT/HCPCS coding, supervision of payment posters, and management of commercial and patient accounts receivables. Additionally, Joanna served as Operations Manager for Billing and Collections at Lancaster Cardiology Medical Group and First Valley Medical Group, specializing in various coding practices and developing policies and procedures. Joanna obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix-Southern California Campus between 2004 and 2009.
