Eric Aronsohn is currently the Director of Asset Management at UNIVERSAL PARAGON CORPORATION. Eric has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to their current position, they were the Director of Equity Investments at RealtyShares from January 2015 to December 2017. From January 2014 to December 2015, they were an Associate at Stockbridge Capital Group where they oversaw all existing office, industrial, and land assets. Eric also supported pre-development and land use planning for a multi-decade redevelopment project involving nearly 5,000 new housing units and several million sqft. of commercial space. From 2009 to 2014, they were a Real Estate Asset Manager at Rialto Capital Management. Eric has also worked as a Guest services supervisor at Boyne Resorts from 2008 to 2009 and as a Client Relations at Capmark from 2007 to 2009.
They are on a team with Tina Ardeshiri - Director of Development, Michael Ho - Director of Accounting and HR, and Anthony Chen - VP, Technical Design. Eric Aronsohn reports to Greg Vilkin, CEO.
