Icap Austin Kelly

Austin Kelly, ICAP, has extensive experience in the theme park industry, currently serving as Manager of Business Analytics & Industrial Engineering at Universal Destinations & Experiences since October 2015. In this role, Austin leads park development and capacity planning analyses, collaborating with various divisions on productivity projects. Previously held positions at Universal include Senior Industrial Engineer, Industrial Engineer, and Associate Industrial Engineer, focusing on capacity requirements, process improvements, and supporting the development of Universal's Epic Universe. Earlier career experiences include roles at Walt Disney Imagineering and Walt Disney World, where Austin developed skills in contract administration and merchandise coordination. Austin holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
