Sandra Collier

Sandra Collier serves as the EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Universal Destinations & Experiences, starting in April 2024. With a robust career in HR leadership, Sandra has also been a Board Advisor for Airvet since February 2024 and previously held the position of Chief People Officer at Arxada from July 2022 to November 2023, a global specialty chemicals company. Sandra's extensive experience at Mars, Inc. spanned over two decades, culminating in the role of Global Vice President for People & Organization in Mars Pet Nutrition, alongside multiple leadership positions across various regions and functions. Sandra's educational credentials include a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology from The Ohio State University and dual Bachelor degrees in Chemistry and Human Nutrition from Case Western Reserve University, complemented by leadership training at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and London Business School.
