Shawn German

Shawn German, SHRM-CP, is currently the Vice President Human Resources - Corporate Functions at Universal Destinations & Experiences. With a background in HR leadership roles at various companies such as Loews Hotels & Co, Sea Island Company, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry, Shawn has extensive experience in developing and implementing HR strategies to improve business capabilities and employee engagement. Shawn holds a BS in Human Resources from Geneva College and has also studied at Penn State University.
