Robert Gibson

Robert Gibson currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Operations for the Universal Theatrical Group at Universal Pictures, overseeing $2 billion in annual box office revenues and managing a marketing and distribution team of over 300 employees. Prior to this role, Robert held the position of CFO and Senior Vice President at Focus Features, where responsibilities included day-to-day financial operations, strategic planning, and financial oversight for co-production and financing deals. Robert's career began at NBCUniversal, Inc. as Director of Corporate Finance and Manager of Finance for CNBC, following early experience as a Corporate Auditor for General Electric. Robert holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from the University of South Carolina.
