Jung-Ah Kim is currently the VP & Actuary at Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Company, where Jung-Ah originated Homeowners programs in 5 states and supported 15+ states, successfully improving profitability in key states. Prior to their current role, Jung-Ah held positions at The Doctors Company, CSAA Insurance Group, Milliman, Inc., Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, Safeco Insurance, Microsoft, and Coating Measurement Instruments, where Jung-Ah showcased their expertise in actuarial analysis, program management, and content production. Jung-Ah graduated from Caltech with a Bachelor of Science in Geochemistry.
