Tom McIntosh

Tom McIntosh currently serves as General Manager of Signals and Communications at Universal Rail Systems ® since December 2022. Tom's extensive experience in the rail industry began at CN, where Tom worked as Manager of Signals and Communication from February 1979 to March 2016, overseeing daily operations and project management for signal and communication upgrades in British Columbia.
