Mike Szesterniak

Mike Szesterniak serves as the Sales Director for North America West at Universal Robots since December 2019, previously holding the position of Area Sales Manager. Prior experience includes various roles at Parker Hannifin from 2002 to 2019, culminating in the role of Regional Manager for the Eastern US, where responsibilities included directing territory managers and distributors to enhance market share for electromechanical products. Additional roles at Parker included Automation Regional Manager for the Great Lakes Region, Industry Market Manager for Life Sciences, Product Manager overseeing North American product launches, and Electromechanical Territory Manager for Southern California. Mike Szesterniak holds an MBA in Leadership and Managing Organizational Change from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
