Rune Søe-Knudsen

Rune Søe-Knudsen is a Principal Innovation Researcher and former Software Engineer at Universal Robots A/S, where employment began in November 2010 after an industrial PhD journey focused on kinematic modeling and robot calibration, culminating in a PhD from Syddansk Universitet in 2014. Prior work experience includes a military service tenure with the Danish Army and a role as an automation mechanic at 2E Ellgard Equipment A/S. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Robot Systems Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Computer Engineering from the Engineering College of Aarhus, alongside an industrial automation qualification from EUC Midt, Bjerringbro.
