Susanne Ejsted Isaksson is the current VP of Marketing at Universal Robots. Susanne has over five years of experience in marketing, including four years as the EMEA Marketing Leader at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's marketing strategy, planning, and operations for over 100 markets. Susanne also managed and balanced a $xM yearly budget.

During their time at HPE, Susanne led the transformation of the company's telemarketing teams into one cohesive unit. Susanne also introduced a new operational structure that streamlined communication and planning. In addition, they developed and implemented the Digital Marketing Academy, which expanded the digital IQ of the EMEA marketing and partner community.

Under Susanne's leadership, the HPE Discover More event saw significant innovation, including the introduction of a new program that reached 75K attendees in 2019. The event also had a successful NPS score of 54 and generated 407 PR articles.

Susanne is a proven leader in digital transformation, having successfully educated telemarketing and marketing teams on how to navigate the transparent market and improve social selling skills. Susanne has also implemented a social content syndication and selling platform. In addition, they created and hosted the Marketing Hackathon, a virtual and onsite event that brought together 150+ marketers.
