Dionne Dean has several years of work experience in financial operations, tax advising, and billing analysis. Dionne worked as a Lead Financial Analyst at USAC, where they provided budgetary accounting and project management support for the oversight and accounting of over $8 billion in annual USF program support. At H&R Block, they worked as a Seasonal Income Tax Advisor, conducting face-to-face tax interviews and preparing accurate tax returns. Dionne also worked at MCI as a Lead Billing Analyst, representing the organization on Department of Defense contracts and projects and providing solutions to complex billing disputes.
Dionne Dean holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from the University of Lynchburg. In addition, they have obtained various certifications which include an Associate's Certificate in IT Project Management from The George Washington University in 2018, Series 6 - The Investment Company and Variable Contracts Products Representative certification from FINRA in 2015, Series 63 - Uniform Securities Agent certification from FINRA in 2015, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2020.
