Hayley Taylor

Hayley Taylor is a seasoned professional in UX design and education, currently serving as Manager of UX Design at the Universal Service Administrative Co. (USAC) since September 2014. In this role, Hayley oversees a team of designers while advocating for user experience and managing resources and project timelines. Previous positions at USAC included Senior UX Designer, where Hayley led design projects, and UX Designer, focusing on user research and problem-solving. Hayley also has extensive experience in academia as an Adjunct Faculty member for ESL courses at Virginia Tech and Northern Virginia Community College. With a Master's degree in Linguistics and a Certificate in Teaching English as a Second Language from George Mason University, as well as a B.A. in History from Washington College, Hayley combines strong academic credentials with practical experience in various roles, including content strategy and program management.
