Pamela Lloyd

Pamela Lloyd, PMP, serves as the Senior Manager for Invoicing and Post Commitment at Universal Service Administrative Co. (USAC) since April 2018, overseeing operational compliance within the Schools and Libraries Program. With extensive experience, Pamela previously held senior management roles related to invoicing and appeals, as well as operational management for the Rural Health Care Program. Prior to USAC, Pamela worked at DXC (formerly CSC) from 2004 to 2018, where roles included Global Project Manager, Principal Program Manager, and Senior Corporate Recruiter, handling various aspects of project management and recruiting. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Howard University and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from UCNJ Union College.
