Carolyn Frank is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leading HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Universal Technical Institute, Inc., Carolyn Frank oversees human capital strategy, encompassing recruitment, retention, employee engagement, and diversity initiatives. Previously, as EVP & Chief Human Resources Officer at Finance of America Companies, Carolyn Frank directed comprehensive HR programs in compensation, benefits, and leadership development.
