Matt Kempton

Matt Kempton has a strong background in finance and corporate development. Matt is currently working as the Vice President of Corporate Finance at Universal Technical Institute, Inc. Prior to this, they held senior roles at Conduent and Xerox, where they were responsible for corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations. Matt also worked as a Finance Officer and Senior Budget & Finance Consultant at ITER Organization. Additionally, Matt gained valuable experience as an MBA Finance Intern at Johnson & Johnson and as the Director of Finance & Business Operations at Casa de Amma. Matt began their career at Marriott International, where they held positions as a Floating Controller in the Western Region and as a Business Manager.

Matt Kempton obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Strategy from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management with a focus on Service Operations from Brigham Young University in 1998. In addition, they obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in February 2012.
