Steve George provides direct oversight for all UTRS support to Picatinny Arsenal, Rock Island Arsenal and Redstone Arsenal. He has been involved with most ARDEC-engineered major weapons systems development efforts. Mr. George’s primary responsibilities include strategic management, business development, and fiduciary oversight for UTRS contracts and research and development programs. He has written numerous business and strategic plans for defense and commercial organizations, and collaborated on a plethora of comprehensive technical studies, assessments, and cost and management proposals.
