Steven Lubash, PMP

Steven Lubash, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Steven started their career as a Project Leader at RCA Global Communications in 1987 and then moved on to ITT Avionics in 1988, where they served as a Software Manager. In this role, they were responsible for various software management tasks and led efforts to attain SEI CMM Level 3.

In 2000, Lubash joined Intel as a Program Manager, where they worked until 2006. Following their time at Intel, they joined Dialogic as a Senior Program Manager. At Dialogic, they led cross-organization and multi-site product development teams, focusing on projects in the 3G wireless video and VOIP markets. Steven also served as the PMO manager, overseeing a team of junior program managers.

Since 2009, Lubash has been associated with Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS), initially as a Senior Project Manager and currently as a Program Manager. In their role at UTRS, they support the Armament Software Engineering Center at Picatinny Arsenal and is involved in various responsibilities, such as co-leading the Process Engineering Group and serving as an appraisal member for a CMMI Level 5 organization. Steven also holds the position of Process and Quality Assurance Program Manager.
