Florencia Peralta

Florencia Peralta has extensive experience in language education and translation. Currently serving as an English Trainer at Alea y Cía. S. A. since May 2019, Florencia manages four corporate English courses at pre-intermediate, intermediate, and upper-intermediate levels. As a Freelance Translator since March 2011, Florencia has worked on diverse translation projects, including comic strips, webpages, restaurant menus, user manuals, and topics related to climate change and the environment. Additionally, Florencia has engaged in various freelance translation roles with multiple companies including Universal Translation Services, Flix Translations, Clear Words Translations, and others. Florencia contributes to the TED Open Translation Project as a Spanish Translator, participating in a global effort to subtitle TED Talks. Academically, Florencia holds degrees in Technical-Scientific Translation and Public Translation from Universidad Caece Mar del Plata, completed between 2011 and 2016.
