Joe Seager

Joe Seager has a strong work experience spanning various roles and companies. In 2014, they started their career at Modine Manufacturing Company as a Manufacturing Engineer and later became an Application Engineering Supervisor. Joe also took on a temporary assignment as a Production Supervisor, where they supervised three product lines and led continuous improvement efforts.

In 2019, Joe joined Glenn Rieder, LLC as a Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager, and subsequently held roles as Plant Manager, Operations Manager, and Director of Operations.

Currently, Joe is the Vice President of Operations at Universal Welding & Engineering, Inc., where they started in 2022. Overall, Joe has a proven track record in operations management and continuous improvement across different industries and companies.

Joe Seager earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in the years 2009 to 2014. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same institution, completing it in the years 2016 to 2018.
