He is a member of the Institutional Evaluation Committee, of the Institutional Committees for the Evaluation of Higher Education (CIEES); Member of the Commission to implement the formation and operation of the Higher Education Evaluation and Accreditation System (SEASES).
He has collaborated with international institutions on issues of education and attention to vulnerable populations; face-to-face and online higher education teacher in public and private institutions; participated as a consultant in the design of models and educational evaluation.
Promoted educational materials and public policies to strengthen social, cultural and linguistic diversity; coordinated the design of educational models and the use of technology aimed at the rural, indigenous and migrant population. He has participated in more than 40 publications; He has certifications in topics associated with curricular and instructional design and evaluation in higher education.

El modelo educativo de la Universidad Abierta y a Distancia de México busca satisfacer la demanda de educación superior de la sociedad mexicana mediante un plan de estudios flexible. En el centro del modelo se encuentra el estudiante, pues es la persona que busca y administra el propio proceso de aprendizaje. Alrededor del estudiante se encuentran los elementos de apoyo, desde la labor docente hasta las herramientas tecnológicas que, entre todos, constituyen el ambiente de aprendizaje. La interactividad es una cualidad que permite la interacción entre todos los agentes y elementos internos y externos del proceso de aprendizaje, por lo que estos elementos se sitúan alrededor, simbolizando la dinámica entre todos los componentes.
