He has doctoral studies in Human Development; and previous studies in Psychological Counseling and Comprehensive Accompaniment, Human Development in Organizations, Educational Technology, Educational Sciences and has a diploma in the Evaluation of Public Policies and Programs.

He is a member of the Institutional Evaluation Committee, of the Institutional Committees for the Evaluation of Higher Education (CIEES); Member of the Commission to implement the formation and operation of the Higher Education Evaluation and Accreditation System (SEASES).

He has collaborated with international institutions on issues of education and attention to vulnerable populations; face-to-face and online higher education teacher in public and private institutions; participated as a consultant in the design of models and educational evaluation.

Promoted educational materials and public policies to strengthen social, cultural and linguistic diversity; coordinated the design of educational models and the use of technology aimed at the rural, indigenous and migrant population. He has participated in more than 40 publications; He has certifications in topics associated with curricular and instructional design and evaluation in higher education.
