Robin Houterman

Robin Houterman is an experienced professional in urban planning and design, currently working as a Researcher for the Rescoast Project at Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria since February 2023, while also serving as a Senior Regeneration Officer for the London Borough of Redbridge since December 2020. Previously, Robin held the position of Projects Director at Clear Village Charitable Trust, managing a team and leading multiple community-focused projects. Robin has a strong background in project management, budget oversight, and impact evaluation, demonstrated through roles as a Project Manager and Project Assistant at Clear Village, as well as research positions at Urban Design Research Institute and Delft University of Technology. Educational credentials include a master’s degree in Urbanism from Delft University of Technology and a master's in urbanisation and development from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
