Diana Agudelo

Diana Agudelo is currently the Research Vice Dean for Social Services at Universidad de los Andes. Diana has over twenty years of experience in management, SAP applications, and IT solutions.

From January 2017 to December 2019, Diana was the Manager of SAP Applications at IMAX. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring that the company's SAP solutions were aligned with business strategic objectives. This included providing user training, support, advice, and feedback; delivering leadership and direction to functional team; and developing the team's technical and soft skills as well as business knowledge.

Under Diana's management, the Functional SAP Applications Team designed and implemented IT solutions that supported new business processes and business process improvements in areas such as Order to Cash, Intercompany Supply, Procure to Pay, Planning to Supply, Record to Report, Customer Relationship Management, and Field Service Management. Additionally, they provided SAP configuration expertise in Sales and Distribution Functionality to support the Order to Cash business process, including Sales Contracts, Sales Order, Quotes, Deliveries, Billing, ATP, EDI, and Pricing.

Diana has a deep understanding of data, processes, and integration points in all SAP modules, as well as SAP and industry standard best practices. Diana also has experience supporting the operations of SAP ERP, CRM, and Field Service Management systems. Diana is able to tailor SAP implementation methodologies (ASAP/Activate) to the deployment of solutions,

Diana Agudelo is a MSc student in Control and Computer Science at Universidad de Los Andes. Diana has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia. Diana also has certifications from Sun Microsystems in Sun Certified Web Component Developer for J2EE Platform Edition 1.4, ITIL in ITIL Foundations Certification, and Sun Certified Business Component Developer for J2EE Platform.
