Abigail Canales Ibarra

Médico Cirujano Partero at Universidad de Monterrey

Abigail Canales Ibarra serves as the Partnerships Director and previously as Partnerships Manager at Millennium Campus Network, which fosters social impact leadership among youth globally. In addition, Abigail is a member of the Major Group for Children and Youth, a committee facilitating youth engagement in UN policy processes, and serves as a Comisionada for Consejo Nuevo León, a strategic planning advisory board in health. Experience also includes holding the position of Médico Interno at Hospital Angeles Valle Oriente and serving as CEO of BeOK biopsicosocial, which provides multidisciplinary access to effective health therapies. Furthermore, Abigail is involved with TEDxAcademy as a licensee and presided over Brigadas Jälpem, offering altruistic services to vulnerable communities. Previous leadership includes the role of President of the American Medical Student Association. Abigail is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Public Health and a Master's Degree in Clinical Sexology, building on a background in medicine with a degree in Médica Cirujana y Partera.
