Pedro Felipe Campo Guida

Pedro Felipe Campo Guida is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in legal counsel and education. Currently serving as a Mentor at Universidad del Rosario since September 2024, Pedro has also been providing independent consultancy as a Legal Counsel since September 2021, specializing in contractual, M&A, regulatory, tax, and litigation advice for individuals and companies in Colombia. Prior roles include serving as a Legal Advisor for the Barranquilla District Mayor’s Office, providing legal services to the District Secretariat of Urban Control and Public Space, and as a full-time Lecturer at Universidad de la Costa CUC, teaching corporate, maritime, and tax law. Additionally, Pedro held advisory positions at Multicarga Del Magdalena S.A.S. and CI Biocosta SA, where responsibilities included corporate affairs and legal compliance. Pedro holds a specializations in Tax Law and Commercial Law, along with a Law degree from Universidad del Norte.
