Jason Alexander Andrade Castro

Jason Alexander Andrade Castro is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a corresponding member at the Academia Colombiana de Jurisprudencia and a conjudge in the Special Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice, Jason has also been an attorney at Jaime Bernal Cuéllar abogados since 2006. At Universidad Externado de Colombia, Jason teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses and acts as the Editorial Coordinator for the journal Derecho Penal y Criminología. Additionally, Jason has contributed as an external consultant for the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime and has held advisory positions with IICA. Jason's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Criminal Sciences and Criminology from Universidad Externado de Colombia and a specialized training course in German Criminal Law from Georg-August University of Göttingen.
