María José Mateus Ormaza

Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in organic product retail, compliance, nutrition, and education. Currently serving as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store focused on environmentally friendly body care products. Additionally, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and working as a Nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana has also contributed to academia as a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching courses on applied mathematics and the history of food. Educational credentials include a Diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
