Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business management and nutrition. Currently, Mariana serves as the Propietario of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for personal care and environmental sustainability, since August 2020. Mariana has also worked as an Asistente de Oficial de Cumplimiento at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, Mariana worked as a Nutrióloga in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and served as a university lecturer on applied mathematics in nutrition and food history at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
