Aitor Tena

Aitor Tena is an experienced professional in human resources and digital transformation. Currently serving as a Lecturer on digital transformation at Universidad Internacional de La Rioja and EAE Business School since September 2022 and July 2021, respectively, Aitor focuses on fostering change mindset and leadership. Aitor has held various significant roles in the Volkswagen Financial Services Spain, including Director of HR & Organization since September 2018, and previously served as HR Manager at SEAT, S.A. From November 2015 to December 2017, Aitor was Head of Talent Management at Volkswagen Financial Services, following a role as HR Senior Business Partner in the Presidency Area at SEAT, S.A. Aitor's earlier career includes positions as HR Business Partner for Sales & Marketing and Industrial areas at Chupa Chups. Aitor's educational background includes advanced degrees in Digital Transformation, Management Development from Esade, and Strategic Innovation from HEC Paris, alongside other relevant qualifications.
