Rob Connor

Rob Connor currently serves as the Head of School at Christina Seix Academy since August 2009 and has held the role of Visiting Professor at Wesleyan University since January 2021. Previously, Connor was the Assistant Head of School at Beaver Country Day School, Inc. from 2006 to 2009 and worked as a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of Pennsylvania from 2003 to 2005. Further experience includes positions at Beaver Country Day School, Inc. as the Interim Director of Upper School, History Department Chair, and High School Faculty Member from 1998 to 2003. Connor earned a PhD in Education Policy and Management from the University of Pennsylvania, an MA in Education Measurement, Research, & Evaluation from Boston College, and a BA in History from Morehouse College.
