Andre Dumoulin

Andre Dumoulin is an accomplished Translation Coordinator at the Inter-American Center of Tax Administrations and has been serving in this role since August 2011, specializing in English-Spanish-French translation and simultaneous interpretation. In addition, Andre has been an English and Translation Teacher at Universidad Latina de Panama since 2000, focusing on technical translation and consecutive interpretation. Previous experience includes roles as a Tour Guide for Aventuras 2000, Interviewer Team Supervisor for Social Research, and Press Secretary for the European Union. Andre holds a Master in International Education from Framingham State College and various degrees from the University of Liège, including a Licence en Communications and a Bachelor's Degree in Arts and Sciences of Communication.
