Xiegdel Miranda possesses extensive experience in software development and education, currently serving as a Supervisor de desarrollo de software at Presidencia de la República de Panamá since August 2009, where responsibilities include requirement analysis and documentation for development teams. As a software developer, Xiegdel has created applications to optimize processes within the Ministry. In academia, Xiegdel has been an eventual professor at Universidad Latina de Panamá and Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá since 2012 and 2015, respectively, teaching courses in cybersecurity and information systems. Previous experience includes software development roles at the Ministerio de Educación Regional de Chiriquí and Universidad Tecnológica Centro Regional de Chiriquí, with a focus on various programming languages and technologies.
