Juan Carlos Vidal Serodio is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public service and academia. Since May 2022, Juan Carlos has served as a university professor and director of the Centro de Participación Ciudadana at Universidad Monteávila. Concurrently, since 2013, Juan Carlos has held the position of councilor for the municipality of Sucre. Additionally, from May 2008, Juan Carlos has been the executive secretary of the Comisión de Etica y Autorregulación de las Comunicaciones Comerciales en Venezuela. Earlier in their career, from January 2000 to March 2005, Juan Carlos was the Secretary General of the Prefecture of Petare in the Miranda state government. Juan Carlos holds a Specialist degree in Public Opinion and Political Communication from Universidad Simón Bolívar and a law degree from Universidad Central de Venezuela.
