Hernán Nielsen

Hernán Nielsen is an experienced cybersecurity specialist and educator with a strong background in both practical and theoretical aspects of information technology. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist at Red Link S.A. since August 2024, Hernán is responsible for the CSIRT. Concurrently, Hernán holds the position of Adjunct Professor at Universidad Nacional de General Sarmiento, teaching Software Specification and Verification, with previous roles as Head of Practical Work for Programming I and other subjects in systems and informatics programs. Hernán's professional history includes notable positions at Mercado Libre as a Cyber Security Senior Engineer and previous roles at Grupo Arcor and Red Link S.A.
