Virginia Carrasco

Virginia Carrasco is a dedicated educator with extensive experience in teaching Spanish, currently serving as a Docent Spaans at Het Latin Lab and Fuentes Spaans. Commencing in November 2021, Virginia teaches Spanish as a Second Language through private lessons and group classes across various language academies in the Netherlands. Virginia's academic background includes a degree in Linguistics, Literature, and Education in Spanish from Universidad Nacional de General Sarmiento, complemented by training in teaching Spanish as a foreign language. In addition to teaching roles, Virginia has contributed as a Research Assistant focused on neologisms for the DLE Spanish dictionary and has held various teaching internships. Previous professional experiences include a role in QA automation and front desk operations in a hotel setting.
